Exchanges may be set up with simsmusic.com within 48 hours from the time the product was delivered. The product must still be in it’s original packaging without damage. Exchange may be put towards another product or may become a store/site credit. Exchanges are not allowed on special orders. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Customer receives site credit after inspection of returned product.
